Whether you’re a student, an individual, or an organization, there’s an NVivo to suit your needs. Our student licenses provide unrestricted access to NVivo 15 for 12 months. Student and individual licenses are for the use of one named user only.

For individual and small groups (less than 6 individuals), take advantage of the most recent updates and software enhancements by purchasing the latest version. 

For larger groups and institutional/enterprise users, subscription options at volume rates are offered that secure the latest features as they are released. To purchase 6 or more NVivo licenses for your team or organization, contact us to reach our sales team or one of our international NVivo partners.

Windows Minimum System Requirements

• 2.0 GHz dual-core processor (64-bit)
• 4 GB RAM (sufficient if other applications on the computer do not have high memory use)
• 1680 x 1050 screen resolution

• Approximately 5 GB of available hard-disk space—or more depending on data storage needs

If you have bought NVivo or were assigned a license (or 'seat', under an enterprise license), a notification email contains download links for the app.

• Up to five (5) Transcription hours included must be used within 90 days of purchase.
• Core Skills course must be accessed and completed within 90 days of purchase.
