Jessica Parker, EdD, is an experienced educator, researcher, and academic writing consultant dedicated to enhancing scholarly communication and research effectiveness. She has recently published several articles exploring ethical and responsible applications of AI in academia. Dr. Parker has successfully coached and supported over 250 researchers in their academic journeys. She is a peer reviewer for journals such as the American Journal of Public Health, Journal of Multidisciplinary Healthcare, Journal of Health Care for the Poor and Underserved, and Journal of Professional Nursing. Dr. Parker is also the founder of Dissertation by Design and owner of The Dissertation Coach, where her team provides strategic guidance and solutions to academic writers at various career stages.

Fiona Wiltshier MA MSc

An experienced qualitative researcher and NVivo trainer, Fiona has worked on qualitative research projects in academic, government and commercial contexts. She has also taught thousands of researchers to use NVivo in over 20 countries around the world ranging from Macau and Japan to Ethiopia and Abu Dhabi, and of course closer to home, throughout the UK and Australia.

Fiona is currently one of only around 20 NVivo Platinum Certified Trainers worldwide. In addition to her role as a trainer, Fiona is also currently the NVivo Training and Certification Manager for Lumivero.
