Introduction

Central Michigan University, home to over 14,000 students and offering more than 200 programs across disciplines, needed tools that could keep pace with its expanding academic programs. When Sheri Pickover, Program Director of Counseling started, the program was using other assessment software that created roadblocks instead of streamlining work.
