Use visualizations to enrich your research. If a picture is worth a thousand words, imagine how visualizing your data using NVivo 14 could enrich your research experience, creating yet another perspective from which to view your data. Participants will learn how to explore query, chart and modeling capabilities so you can discover visuals created from queries, create models to visualize your study or explore project items, generate charts involving nodes, sources, or attributes and utilize cluster analysis to explore word and coding similarities.
Presenters:
Stuart P. Robertson, EdD, is a trained and experienced educator who began working with NVivo 2 during his doctoral course work and aided his fellow students in using the software. During the dissertation phase, Stuart used NVivo for both his literature review and data analysis.
Over the past decade, working both as a private consultant and for QSR International, Lumivero, Stuart has provided training and project consultation services for both individuals and organizations in the academic, government, not-for-profit, and commercial sectors.
Stacy Penna, EdD, has combined her educational and research experience with her work in the software industry and is delighted to be supporting and building a wider research community. Stacy earned a doctorate in education using NVivo for both her literature review and qualitative research. She has worked at QSR International, now Lumivero for 10 years and is excited for the future of research.
